By accessing or using the Leasee® website, platform, portals, or related services, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Leasee® provides transaction infrastructure, workflow tools, portals, document coordination, diligence tracking, communication tools, financing coordination, vendor and lender workflow visibility, and related platform services for lease-structured commercial real estate transactions.

Leasee® does not provide legal, tax, accounting, valuation, appraisal, brokerage, investment, lending, underwriting, engineering, environmental, title, insurance, or other professional advice. Users must rely on their own qualified advisors.

Leasee® does not guarantee transaction completion, financing availability, deal terms, participant performance, valuation accuracy, diligence outcomes, report adequacy, or closing results.

Users must provide accurate information, maintain credential security, and remain responsible for activity under their accounts.

Users are responsible for configuring access permissions and ensuring invited participants have authority to access shared materials.

Users retain responsibility for uploaded materials, communications, documents, data, and transaction information. Users represent they have rights to upload and share content.

Leasee® may host, process, and display content as needed to operate the Services. Leasee® does not verify the accuracy, completeness, legality, or reliability of user content.

Users should only upload information they are authorized to share. Leasee® is not a substitute for NDAs, legal review, or internal security controls. Platform permissions are operational tools, not legal guarantees of confidentiality.

• No illegal activity or rights violations
• No unauthorized access or interference
• No malware, scraping, or reverse engineering
• No misrepresentation of identity or authority
• No uploading unlawful or unauthorized confidential data

Leasee® may integrate with or link to third parties. Leasee® is not responsible for third-party services, vendors, lenders, advisors, reports, quotes, deliverables, or actions.

Leasee® may facilitate introductions, assignments, submissions, and workflow visibility but does not guarantee performance, quality, pricing, financing approvals, or deliverables.

• Users must independently verify outputs
• AI may be incomplete or inaccurate
• Do not rely on AI as professional advice

Leasee® may charge subscription, platform, transaction, partner, or other fees subject to separate agreement or posted terms.

Leasee® owns the platform, software, design, trademarks, branding, and workflows except for user content.

User feedback may be used by Leasee® without restriction or compensation.

Use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEASEE® SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICES.

Users agree to indemnify Leasee® for claims arising from use of the Services, user content, violations of these Terms, permissions, or infringement of third-party rights.

Leasee® may suspend or terminate access for violations, risk, nonpayment, security concerns, or legal reasons.

Governing law and dispute resolution forum to be confirmed by legal counsel. Any arbitration or class action waiver provisions require legal review before production deployment.

Leasee® may update these Terms from time to time.
